General Purpose of Contract:

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@zr2002 will create a spawn-trade shop application in the residents+ forum filled out like this within 10 minutes of @TheHolyStick22 giving @zr2002 $45,000 ECD :

@TheHolyStick22 agrees to pay @zr2002 $45,000 within 10 minutes of this contract's approval. @TheHolyStick22 understands that before the trade shop expires he will have to purchase more weeks in order to keep the spawnshop

I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
