IGN: @Chundi_Jr Users Involved in this Contract: @Hardworknhunter General Purpose of Contract: Sale of the Eff7 Pickaxe (#JYJP70GI) from @Chundi_Jr to @Hardworknhunter in exchange for $2,200,000 ECD on a payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Chundi_Jr will transfer the ownership of the Eff7 Pickaxe (#JYJP70GI) to @Hardworknhunter once the full payment of $2,200,000 ECD has been paid by @Hardworknhunter in the 8 week time period. If any 2 weeks of payments are missed, @Chundi_Jr may reclaim the Eff7 Pickaxe (#JYJP70GI) with no refund and may file a complaint for breach of contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Hardworknhunter agrees to transfer $400,000 ECD to @Chundi_Jr within 24 hours of this contracts approval and $1,800,000 ECD on a payment plan to @Chundi_Jr within 8 weeks of this contract's approval at a chest shop located on main at /warp dalaran @Hardworknhunter will follow the schedule laid out below: Week 1 (4/19/2020): $225,000 ECD Week 2 (2/26/2020): $225,000 ECD Week 3 (5/3/2020): $225,000 ECD Week 4 (5/10/2020): $225,000 EC Week 5 (5/17/2020): $225,000 ECD Week 6 (5/24/2020): $225,000 ECD Week 7 (5/31/2020): $225,000 ECD Week 8 (6/7/2020): $225,000 ECD @Hardworknhunter agrees that if any 2 payments are missed, @Chundi_Jr may reclaim the Eff7 Pickaxe (#JYJP70GI) with no refund. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
