IGN: @Skylexia Users Involved in this Contract: @ldw116 General Purpose of Contract: Safely lending my Star Rod. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to lend @ldw116 my Star Rod (pictured here) for 1 day. I will be providing that tool to @ldw116 upon this contract being approved and receiving the payment of 15,000 ECD. At the time of providing the tool, I will show @ldw116 the chest in which the tool is to be returned at the end of the borrowing period. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @ldw116 agrees to pay me 15,000 ECD upon the approval of this contract. @ldw116 agrees that should the tool be lost or broken, the tool must either be replaced or compensated in the amount equivalent to the netherstar price of the tool (800k). Full repayment in this situation is expected within 2 months. @ldw116 agrees that the tool will be returned to the designated chest in the Legacy town of Alleria by 6:00pm EST on July 31th, 2015. If @Skylexia is unavailable at that time, @ldw116 agrees that they will take timestamped screenshot(s) of the return of the tool to the appropriate donation chest, and then upload them and forum PM them directly to @Skylexia. @ldw116 agrees that late returning of the tool will result in a late fee of 15k/day for up to 3 days, and that after 3 days a complaint will be filed for the returning of the tool and for the late fees incurred. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.

Edit: One thing that needs changed is the payment if lost/broken @Skylexia. A money value is needed in case the tool itself is not replaced, but the monetary value of it is. @ldw116 you will need to repost your part after she edits it Thanks for the cooperation guys
