IGN: @Chundi_Jr Users Involved in this Contract: @CP3fan1 General Purpose of Contract: Star Rod Rental I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Chundi_Jr, will provide @CP3fan1 with my Star Rod immediately upon the approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @CP3fan1 will pay @Chundi_Jr $10,000 ecd immediately upon the approval of this contract. @CP3fan1 will return the Star Rod before midnight on May 6th, 2015 (EST) to @Chundi_Jr. If the Star Rod is not returned by then @CP3fan1 will have an additional 3 days to return it with a $10,000 ecd/per day late fee. If the star rod is broken/lost/stolen/not returned by midnight on May 9th, 2015 (EST) @CP3fan1 will pay @Chundi_Jr an additional $700,000 ecd within 1 month. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
