General Purpose of Contract:
Safe and successful sale of "Spawn Statue #10 *Legacy World*", a statue subscription, for 12 consecutive months, under @goblizz's name with the subscription process paid by @echelon0117

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @goblizz, agree to the following:

~I agree to pay $42,500 ECD to a sign located at X: -9401 Y: 64 Z: -4369 (within @echelon0117's town of "super town" in the Legacy world") within 24 hours of contract approval.
~I agree to pay @echelon0117 $42,500 ECD to the sign at the aforementioned location on or before the 10th of each of the following 11 months (May 2015 - April 2016).
~I am allowed to get ahead on payments, so long as I inform @echelon0117 of doing so in our Forum PM titled: "Spawn Statue".

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@echelon0117 must agree to the following:

~@echelon0117 must purchase, under @goblizz's name, "Spawn Statue #10" in the Legacy World within 24 hours of contract approval.
~@echelon0117 must maintain the recurring purchase of $4.25 USD for the next 12 months, with each charge coming 31 days after the previous (as stated by the ECC Shop).
~@echelon0117 agrees to accept payments of $42,500 ECD from @goblizz to the sign located at X: -9401 Y: 64 Z: -4369 (within @echelon0117's town of "super town" in the Legacy world")
~@echelon0117 agrees that @goblizz is allowed to get ahead on payments as long as proper notice is given in the Forum PM "Spawn Statue".

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
