[Contract] Skulls

General Purpose of Contract:
To allow for the safe storage of Andrew's skull in a chest.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. I, @Frostystorm, will not remove @andrewkm's skull without permission from @Whammerist5 from the single chest located in rising in the town of babylon at the coordinates (X: -773 Y: 99 Z: 2127)

2. I will not /lock the skull or place the skull until @Whammerist5 agrees.

3. I will not sell @andrewkm's skull to anyone unless @Whammerist5 agrees.

4. I will not /cmodify any users to the single chest located at (X: -773 Y: 99 Z: 2127) without @Whammerist5's permission.

5. I will not remove @Whammerist5 from the single chest located at (X: -773 Y: 99 Z: 2127) without @Whammerist5's agreement.

6. If @Whammerist5 violates this contract, the skull will be placed in @Frostystorm1's possession.

7. If @Whammerist5 is inactive for more than 12 weeks ingame, the skull will be placed in @Frostystorm1's full possession.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. @Whammerist5, will not remove @andrewkm's skull without permission from @Frostystorm1 from the single chest located in rising in the town of babylon at the coordinates (X: -773 Y: 99 Z: 2127)

2. @Whammerist5 will not /lock the skull or place the skull until @Frostystorm1 agrees.

3. @Whammerist5 will not sell @andrewkm's skull to anyone unless @Frostystorm1 agrees.

4. @Whammerist5 will not /cmodify any users to the single chest located at (X: -773 Y: 99 Z: 2127) without @Frostystorm1's permission.

5. @Whammerist5 will not remove @Frostystorm1 from the single chest located at (X: -773 Y: 99 Z: 2127) without @Frostystorm1's agreement.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
