General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town that is claimed via @Tinerco 's President Application.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @_Sharpy will:
-Pay @Tinerco 91,500 ECD upon approval of this contract (within 24 hours)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Tinerco Will:
-Put a President Application in for the town "SharpFarms" within 24 hours of receiving $91,500 from @_Sharpy.
-Agrees to use $88,500 of his own money to purchase the rank "President"
-Upon ranking to president, will add @_Sharpy as owner, and remove himself from the town
-Agrees that this contract serves as approval for any future town transfer that may occur to @_Sharpy
-Agrees to do any town feature applications where the funds are provided by @_Sharpy
