IGN: @Phantomine Users Involved in this Contract: @ASauer @Phantomine General Purpose of Contract: To transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'secretsociety' in the world of Legacy from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @ASauer to the technical 'ownership' of @Phantomine This contract will act as appropriate evidence for town transfer agreements and town claims through our server system. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Phantomine , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. I will pay the user @ASauer the sum of $10,000 ECD upon the acceptance of this contract after he adds me to the technical position of 'owner'. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. Upon the acceptance of this contract, I @ASauer will add the user '@Phantomine' to the position of technical ownership of the town 'secretsociety' in the world of "legacy". He may then remove me (@ASauer ) from the permissions list of this town. 2. By signing this contract, I hereby grant any user that has express written permission (in the form of a contract) from @Phantomine to claim the town using their server-provided 'claim' as a Tycoon+. 3. I agree to no longer refer to the town as 'Mine'. It is, for all intents and purposes, no longer mine unless the technical owner (at this time, @Phantomine) needs to add me for some reason. 4. I agree to fulfill applications that the new technical owner asks me to fill, pending him giving me the money for it. Upon being given the money for said contracts, I will be added to the town as 'owner' for the purpose of the application, then I shall be removed once the application is fulfilled. 5. I hereby state that this contract acts as the "proper evidence" that a server-sanctioned town transfer application requires in order to be processed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Phantomine As your contract is written, it bypasses the Server Rules, which it cannot do. I will post the rules below: Spoiler: Section 5, Clause 4: LWC Removals Any other request that does not follow these guidelines is considered attempted theft, and in serious cases, you may be punished for attempting to remove locks that are not to be removed. Locks in the wild and locks belonging to the applicant owner of the town may not be removed. Spoiler: Section 5, Clause 6: Town Transfers Please note that until a town transfer or town claim application has been filed the town may be reclaimed at any point by the original owner at the discretion of the administration. Please edit your contract so it does not violate these rules.
