I @MinecraftParkerH agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: * @MinecraftParkerH will pay @block_crusher $290,000ECD within 24hours of this contracts approval. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: * @block_crusher will add @MinecraftParkerH as owner of Omnitopia, in Legacy within 12hours of receiving the payment of $290,000ECD from @MinecraftParkerH . * @block_crusher will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town within 6 hours of adding the new owner; @MinecraftParkerH will become the new legal owner. * This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application, which may be filed by @MinecraftParkerH at a later time. But, as @MinecraftParkerH edited the contract at 5:31 and @block_crusher accepted the terms at 5:25, @block_crusher will need to re-read read the contract and re-agree to the terms. After that is done, the contract can be processed.
