[Contract] Sale of Station26

General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of station26 from @a18greek18 to donkey5k for 500k

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I, @a18greek18, will place a trade sign at the front of my spawn shop (station26)
-I, @a18greek18, will not take any money out of this trade sign until all 500k is in the sign
-I, @a18greek18, will apply for the transfer of station26 from myself to @donkey5k after the 500k payment has been made to the sign located at the coords 11409 63 11241 in the market world

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @donkey5k will make his payments at a trade sign located at the coords 11409 63 11241 in the market (which is also in the front of station26)
- @donkey5k will make gradual payents towards the spawnshop until the full 500k has been paid
- @donkey5k has 2 weeks from the approval of this contract to pay the whole 500k to the sign or the deal is cancelled and all money will be returned to him if this does happen
- @donkey5k will contact me via PM or /mail to notify me that the 500k has been paid

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
