I, @Jose0213, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: To place the said tools in a chest at /warp hallows, the only chest inside the building. This will happen within 24-48 hours after contract approval. To transfer ownership of the tools AFTER all, payments are completed. (Payment is outlined below). This will also happen within 24-48 hours after payment completion. Not to remove any money from a sign located above the chest until it is paid in full. The other user(s) involved in this contract must agree to the following terms: @xpurexcorex will pay $250,000 in total to a sign located above the chest at /warp hallows. If said tools are lost, broken, stolen or otherwise unobtainable, all payments will continue as planned.
