[Contract] Sale of Star Tool on Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a Melon Sword (ID #JXBZGJF9) from @FuryFudge to @Mysticgoli123

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@FuryFudge will give @Mysticgoli123 the Melon Sword (ID #JXBZGJF9) within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. @FuryFudge will keep ownership of the pick until all payments have been made. Within 24 hours of all payments having been made by @Mysticgoli123, @FuryFudge will execute the command "/own Mysticgoli123" and @Mysticgoli123 will claim ownership.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Mysticgoli123 will forgive the $600,000 ECD debt @FuryFudge had with @Mysticgoli123 that was to be due on September 10. @Mysticgoli123 will pay @FuryFudge $500,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. After which @Mysticgoli123 will pay @FuryFudge $215,000 ECD every week for 6 weeks on these dates: 20 August, 27 August, 3 September, 10 September, 17 September and 24 September. These weekly payments total $1,290,000 ECD. The payments will be made to a sign/chest shop at X: -4310 Y:61 Z: 4278 which is at /warp home in increments of $215,000. (6 total payments) Should the Melon Sword (ID #JXBZGJF9) break or in any other way fall out of @Mysticgoli123's possession, full payment will still have to be made according to the above terms.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
