[Contract] Sale of Star Tool on Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a Melon Sword (ID #JXBZGJF9) from @Rip_Peep_2017 to @FuryFudge

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@FuryFudge will pay @Rip_Peep_2017 $500,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. After which @FuryFudge will pay @Rip_Peep_2017 $337,500 ECD every week for 4 weeks on these dates: 2 August, 9 August, 16 August, 23 August. These payments total $1,350,000 ECD. The payments will be made to a sign/chest shop at X: -13328 Y:70 Z: 13022 which is at /warp peepcity in increments of $337,500. Should the Melon Sword (ID #JXBZGJF9) break or in any other way fall out of @FuryFudge's possession, full payment will still have to be made according to the above terms.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Rip_Peep_2017 will give @FuryFudge the Melon Sword (ID #JXBZGJF9) within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. @Rip_Peep_2017 will keep ownership of the pick until all payments have been made. Within 24 hours of all payments having been made by @FuryFudge, @Rip_Peep_2017 will execute the command "/own FuryFudge" and @FuryFudge will claim ownership.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
