I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to file a transfer Station71 to @Minecraftguy65 within 48 hours of this contract approval. I agree to set up signs for @Minecraftguy65 in the town efficientfarms located in legacy near the pumpkin section of the farm and tp him to the payment signs within 24 hours of contract approval The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Minecraftguy65 agrees to pay a total of 500k for the spawn shop in 1 week with 200k on payment plan and 300k upfront within 24 hours of contract approval The dates are as follows: January 5th @Minecraftguy65 , agrees that -unless communicated to @MinecraftParkerH beforehand in some manner - if he is late at all it will cost him 10k/day late fee for a max of 7 days. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
