IGN: @MrJiggle123 Users Involved in this Contract: @kubak711 General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of the town of Somptueux I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will add @kubak711 11 as mayor of somptueux. I will remain as a "silent" mayor until I am paid in full, at which time I will remove myself. @kubak711 will pay me 10k down, and 10k a week for 7 weeks for a total of 80k for the transfer of somptueux in the Legacy world. I will add @kubak711 to the town as owner, giving permission to add/remove members according to the server rules. After receiving money in full, I will remove myself from the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @kubak711 must pay myself, @MrJiggle123 , 10k down and 10k a week for 7 weeks for the safe transfer of somptueux. The money can be paid to a trade sign just outside of the somptueux town portal. (In Legacy, 78, 63, -2325) I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @kubak711 @MrJiggle123 There are several things that need to be done before this contract can be accepted. First of all, this Trade sign that is mentioned. It needs to be stated where it is, this is by means of a coordinate location, I can see you've said right by the town portal, this is good, but please, provide a coordinate location. I also want to see some timeframes. Such as exactly when @kubak711 will be added, i.e within 1 hour of receiving the Down Payment of 10k, within 24 hours...etc. Also I'd suggest outlining the exact terms that @kubak711 is acting under as a "silent" mayor of the town. What is he allowed or not allowed to do until he fully owns the town. Also, you should indicate when you @MrJiggle123 will be removing yourself after you receive the money in full. Such as "I will remove myself within 24 hours of receiving the last payment of 10k to total 80k." Also @kubak711 after this all said and done you agree to the contract using /this/ format.
