IGN: @dinkdan95 Users Involved in this Contract: @hazza2234 General Purpose of Contract: Sale of Rochester town I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to add @hazza2234 to the owners list of Rochester upon receiving a payment of $43,000. Upon receiving full payment of $43,000 ($43,000 over 3 weeks, December 4th, 2015) I must leave the town region upon request from @hazza2234 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @hazza2234 has agreed to pay me $43,000 ECD within 3 weeks of this contract being approved. He may not remove me from the town as an owner until he has fully paid off the town, Once full payment has been received then he has full permission to remove me from the town. @hazza2234 Must also agree that if he is unable to pay the $43,000 within 3 weeks then I will be able to reclaim ownership of the town without refund. Hence losing any payment that has been made. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.

@dinkdan95 Could you please specify the end date of the 3 week period. I'm assuming this will be the 4th of December. Also, you do not need to state that @hazza2234 will pay $0, as there is not really a point. Thirdly, you state that you will add him as an owner after receiving the full payment of $43,000 but don't request any money to be paid upfront. Could you please clarify that either A) You will add him after this contract or B) You will add him AFTER the $43,000 has been paid off. Meaning he doesn't own the town until it is all paid off. @TomKC it would appear you are correct. @dinkdan95 Are you the only listed owner of the above town? As you will not be able to add a new owner to the town until you hit mayor status.
@TomKC Sorry I didn't pick this up earlier. @dinkdan95 The current other listed owner has not been online for 6 days. So, I will be denying this contract because you are unable to transfer the town ownership until you are mayor or make contact with webman (The other listed owner). If you are able to add another owner to the town, please create another contract. Contract Denied due to above
