[Contract] Sale of Ownership to Divinity and Sanctus_real

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of ownership in both Divinity and Sanctus_Real to @RisingCreeper in exchange for $450,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Within 24 hours of this contract being accepted, I will create 1 trade sign (selling 1 dirt for $200,000) which will all be located above /warp station22 (already done)
• Within 24 hours of this contract being accepted AND @RisingCreeper paying me $250,000 upfront via /pay or through forums, I will add @RisingCreeper to the towns of Divinity and Sanctus_real
• After all payments have been received and a total of $450,000 has been received, I will then remove myself from the owners list to both these towns (Divinity and Sanctus_real).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Agree's to keep @THCOOL on the owners list to BOTH Divinity and Sanctus_Real. Under NO circumstances may @RisingCreeper remove @THCOOL from owners list to either of these towns.
• Agree's to pay @THCOOL $250,000 upfront via /pay or through forum within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
• Agree's to make an additional total of 1 payment into a trade sign which will be setup by @THCOOL above his shop at /warp station22 (already done)
• Agree's to make the following 1 payment totaling $200,000 into the trade sign by the following date:

1. 11/25/16 - $200,000

• Agree's that if the additional $200,000 payment has not yet been paid by 11/25/16, then a late fee of $50,000 will be added for 1 additional week. If no payments have still been paid after the additional added week, then this contract will be voided and @RisingCreeper will be removed from the owners list to both Divinity and Sanctus_real without any refund.
• In total (upfront payment + payment plan), @RisingCreeper will pay @THCOOL a total of $450,000.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
