IGN: @Thorpian Users Involved in this Contract: @GLORIOUSTACO69 General Purpose of Contract: The sale of two Legacy towns from @GLORIOUSTACO69 to @Thorpian I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @Thorpian , by creating this contract agrees to pay $75k ECD to @GLORIOUSTACO69 for his two Legacy towns, nomanland and outland. @Thorpian will pay $75k ECD to @GLORIOUSTACO69 within 24 hours of acceptance of contract The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @GLORIOUSTACO69 by replying to this thread in the affirmative agrees to these terms, and stipulates that he has legal, full ownership of the aforementioned two towns. @GLORIOUSTACO69 will add @Thorpian as a mayor of both towns, then proceed to remove any co-mayors, including himself. All of this will be completed within 1 hour of receipt of payment. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Thorpian I will need you to add time frames to these two aspects of the contract - For example, "I will pay @GLORIOUSTACO69 $75,000 within 24 hours upon the approval of this contract". I'll also need you to correctly separate obligations on the contract between yourself and the other parties involved. For example, you put the part where @GLORIOUSTACO69 under your obligations on the contract, not the obligations of the other parties involved. I'll need you to fix this. Finally, I will also ask of you to specify which world the said towns are in. This will make things easier for staff and all parties involved. Once you've made these requested changes, and @GLORIOUSTACO69 resigns, I can then get to approving this contract.
