[Contract] Sale of msword

General Purpose of Contract:
To facilitate the sale of my melon sword with the ID #II1NGYPE /own'ed by me with Eff 5 ST 1 Unbreak 3

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
*I @JimmyZ0811 will give @Aluxxen my melon sword with the ID #II1NGYPE within 24 hours of this contracts approval
*I will make 3 trade signs for payments of $280000 ECD each at X=4042 y=64 Z=11164 in legacy (/warp shadowhall on the right)
*I @JimmyZ0811 will transfer the ownership of the sword to @Aluxxen within 24 hours after the final payment of $280K ECD has been paid off after the third week

* @JimmyZ0811 has the right to make a complaint after 48 hours if one or more payments have been missed

* @JimmyZ0811 has the right to request the melon sword with ID #II1NGYPE back if any of the agreements has been broken under:

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
* @Aluxxen agrees to make 3 weekly payments of $280K ECD on or before these dates:

-Jan 7, 2016
-Jan 14, 2016
-Jan 21, 2016

* @Aluxxen agrees to not let this ID #II1NGYPE melon sword be in any other player's possession until the full $840,000 has been paid

* @Aluxxen will continue to pay off his payment of $840,000 if the melon sword with ID #II1NGYPE has been broken or lost

* If any payments are late @Aluxxen agrees to make a late fee of $7500 a day for 2 days (48 hours) until a complaint is filed

* @Aluxxen agrees to /own and accept the tool with ID #II1NGYPE after the final payment has been paid on Jan 21, 2016

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
