IGN: SnDxCH4RG3R Users Involved in this Contract: StoneIronZ General Purpose of Contract: Safe and fair MelonSword Sale. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I am to give the melonsword to StoneIronz once he pays me 380k upfront and wait patiently 2 weeks from the 21st of January to the 4th of February for a second payment of $90,000 ECD from StoneIronz. I am to set up a payment sign in my town Standalone for easy transfers of money between StoneIronZ any myself. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: StoneIronz will pay SnDxCH4RG3R 380,000 ECD Upfront. StoneIronz will pay SnDxCH4RG3R $90,000 ECD in Two weeks from the date of 1/21/2014. StoneIronz will pay a grand total of $470,000 ECD to SnDxCH4RG3R by the Fourth of February, 2014. StoneIronz will not rent out the melonsword to any user while he owes SnDxCH4RG3R $90,000 because that would endanger his way of paying SnDxCH4RG3R. StoneIronz is able to sell the melonsword as long as the payment is recieved from him to SnDxCH4RG R. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree to these terms.
