Because of the unusual ownership situation, I cannot define what it is that I am selling, except to say that once this contract is approved and payment is received, I will add @taylordaisy as co-owner and she will immediately remove me. I cannot provide a town application, as I was made co-owner of this town by Willclo in the week before his ban. I was informed by Physicistsmom personally that the scam-related perma-ban makes me the sole owner of Main_ville, and I have liquidated the most valuable portions of it this week. Only the town itself remains, with one major structure intact. Because @taylordaisy's offer recognizes the unusual situation and is on par with the prices paid for spawntowns, I believe it maximizes the value of the town sale for the victims' compensation fund. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
