I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Harryhaz1 will give @sugarsister my Eff5 unbr 3 fort 3 diamond pickaxe with Item ID # INQ7SL9M within 1 hour after the contract is approved and the down payment of 3K is received. I will transfer the ownership of the Eff 5 unbr 3 fort 3 with item ID # INQ7SL9M to @sugarsister within 24 hours of receiving the complete 11k. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @sugarsister will pay $3k upfront (within 1 hour of this contract being approved). @sugarsister will pay 8K within 4 weeks. The payments will be made to a sign set up in Rising World at coordinates (x: -1109, y 64, z -27) assessable by /warp themint If @sugarsister loses/breaks the Pick with item ID # INQ7SL9M, they will continue to pay off the full payment plan. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
