[Contract] Sale of Eff 10 Axe

General Purpose of Contract:
The safe sale of an Eff10 Star Axe (Named "TreeHugger") on a payment plan to matrix ID: #IJQON7KH

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

- I agree to give matrix an Efficiency 10 Axe ID: #IJQON7KH Within 24 hours of this contract approval

- I agree to transfer ownership of the axe to matrix, within 24 hours of the final payment being made.

- I agree not to remove any money from the signs until the full weekly payments have been paid. Signs will be in instalments of $50,000 ECD, Located at; X: 11766, Y: 109, Z: -1758, in Rising World:


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

-Matrix agrees to pay a total of 900,000 ECD for ownership of the Eff10 Axe #IJQON7KH.

-Matrix agrees that if the axe is broken or lost, payments will still be due every Friday until the axe has been fully paid off.

-Matrix agrees to pay on or before these dates:

1st week of payment - 24th June 2016 - 200k
2nd week of payment - 1st July 2016 -200k
3rd week of payment - 8th July 2016 - 200k
4th week of payment - 15th July 2016 - 200k
5th week of payment - 22nd July 2016 - 100k

(All payments are due on Fridays.)

-The payment plan will end should one of the two following cases come to apply.

1. If 2 consecutive weeks of payments are missed, a complaint will be filed and Matrix will have to give the Eff10 Axe with item ID #IJQON7KH back to me without any refunds.

2. Matrix agrees that if any conditions of this contract are broken, he will have to return the Eff 10 Axe with item ID #IJQON7KH back to me without any refunds.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
