[Contract] Sale of an Efficiency 7

General Purpose of Contract:
To purchase an efficiency 7 pickaxe for a total of $1,000,000 ECD over an extended period of time (4 months)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @David_Torento Agree to:
-Pay a total of $1,000,000 into a sign set up at /warp Anime on/before 06/17/2016
-give @DiamondDesire a 7 day period of time from the time I finish paying the $1,000,000 to provide me with either an Efficiency 7 pickaxe (to be purchased with the $1,000,000) or the $1,000,000.
-Not file a complaint on @DiamondDesire unless neither of the above is provided.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DiamondDesire Agrees to:
-Set up a sign at /warp Anime selling a total of 1,000 dirt for $1,000 ECD each. (Within 24 hours of the approval of this contract)
-Not add any dirt after the initial 1,000 dirt.
-purchase/provide @David_Torento with an Efficiency 7 pick axe within 7 days of @David_Torento completing the payments. (If she can not, she must pay $1,000,000 back to me)
-If she chooses the Efficiency 7 option, she must /own the tool, then /own @David_Torento the tool to me before giving it to me.
-Will give @David_Torento until 06/17/2016 to pay off the total $1,000,000


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
