The Sale of $300 in donation features and rental of a Melon Sword (#IFRS0FSV) during the duration of this contract

I @David_Torento Will also set up a sign at /warp farming selling Dirt at $125k/piece with 21 piece in it.
I @David_Torento will place the Melon Sword (#IFRS0FSV) in a shared chest also at /warp farming for GeorgiaMC to access/return the sword. ( at /tppos 3504 165 -2706)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
after approval of this contract @GeorgiaMC will add @David_Torento to the towns EmeraldTown and Lakeview as an owner
@GeorgiaMC will pay @David_Torento 100k upfront and 125k/week for 19 weeks with a final payment of 150k on the 20th week.

Payments will be Every Saturday starting on 10/31/15 and ending on 03/13/16. More detailed in the Spoiler

In the event that a payment is late, 5k will be added per day late, for up to 1 week. (totalling up to 35k in late fees for each payment).

A Complaint will be filed if two or more payments are missed in a row. If a complaint is filed, @David_Torento will recieve full ownership of EmeraldTown and Lakeview and the remaining balance will still be due.

@GeorgiaMC Also agrees to return the Melonsword (#IFRS0FSV) to the chest if she intends to leave/afk for 10 or more minutes.

@GeorgiaMC Agrees that, in the event she loses/breaks the Melon sword (#IFRS0FSV) she will be responsible for replacing it with 2000 nstars/new msword, as well as an additional 200 nstars for the loss of time.

In the event that @GeorgiaMC is late, with the time extending past the final due date, she can pay an additional 25k/week to keep access to the melon sword until the debt is paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
