[Contract] Sale of $160 for 1,120,000

General Purpose of Contract:
The Sale of $160 in donation features (Investiator, Elemental Awareness, Elemental Awareness (+), Elemental Awareness (++) in return for $1,120,000 over 11 weeks

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @David_Torento will purchase @GeorgiaMC Investiator, Elemental Awareness, Elemental Awareness (+), Elemental Awareness (++) within 24 hours of this contracts approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
after approval of this contract @GeorgiaMC will add @David_Torento to the towns EmeraldTown and Lakeview
@GeorgiaMC will pay @David_Torento 110k for 2 weeks, then 100k per week for 9 additional weeks. The payment schedule will look like as follows:

10/4/15 - 110k
10/11/15 - 110k
10/18/15 - 100k
10/25/15 - 100k
11/1/15 - 100k
11/8/15 - 100k
11/15/15 - 100k
11/22/15 - 100k
11/29/15 - 100k
12/6/15 - 100k
12/13/15 - 100k

In the event that a payment is late, 5k will be added per day late, for up to 1 week. (totalling up to 35k in late fees for each payment).

A Complaint will be filed if two or more payments are missed in a row. If a complaint is filed, @David_Torento will recieve full ownership of EmeraldTown and Lakeview and the remaining balance will still be due.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
