I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, crossfire26, agree to transfer my technical ownership of the town, Talis, for the sum of $40,000. Upon receiving the money, I will remove myself as owner after adding him as new owner of the town. I will have no affliction with this town, and Aqqel has the right to Tycoon claim it as his own if he chooses. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Aqqel will pay $40,000 upon the signing of this contract before I give him ownership.
