IGN: @TimmyChoi Users Involved in this Contract: @Ausalu General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of Star Pickaxe on 16 day payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @TimmyChoi will provide @Ausalu a star pickaxe (eff7 , unb3, silk1 diamond pickaxe) as soon as the contract is approved with a mod as a middleman and as soon as @Ausalu pays me $250,000. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ausalu will pay me, @TimmyChoi $250,000 as soon as the contract is approved. @Ausalu will pay me, @TimmyChoi $500,000 over 16 days via signs at an agreed sethome at the co-ords ( x: -13741 , y: 63 , z: -10657 Rising World (Located in the town "Destined")). @Ausalu must pay a minimum of $200,000/week to the signs located at the agreed sethome mentioned above. By 16 days he must pay the 500k owed to the signs. However, if @Ausalu fails to pay the full amount of $750,000 by 16 days, he will face charges of $10,000/day for one week until the 31st of January 2015. The date @Ausalu has to pay by is the 25th of January 2015. If he fails to pay by the date, late fees will be put into action. If @Ausalu wishes to return the pickaxe and void the contract, he must pay a cancellation fee of 200k and return the pickaxe at least 5 days before the contract is due. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.
