IGN: @Tinerco Users Involved in this Contract: @1TicketMaster & @Tinerco General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of 'star' through the user @1TicketMaster , and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'star' in the world of Rising from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @1TicketMaster to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @Tinerco Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for the server town-transfer system. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Tinerco , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will give @1TicketMaster $85,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. Within 24 hours of @Tinerco being added on as official owner of 'star' , @1TicketMaster will receive an additional $10,000 ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @1TicketMaster , agree to add the user ' @Tinerco ' as technical owner to the town of 'star' within 24 hours of the the acceptance of my president application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership . 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system. 3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @Tinerco gives me solely for my president application so that the town of 'star' can be created and will apply within 24 hours of this contract's approval. 4. @Tinerco there are a few things that need to be changed in order for this contract to be approved. You need to take out the parts which talk about the tycoon+ town claim, as that has different requirements which doesn't need a contract. Once this has been changed, @1TicketMaster you will need to re agree. But ensure to tag yourself in your reply where you state your IGN.
