IGN: @Jmillertime Users Involved in this Contract: @PrinsessWolf & @Jmillertime General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of 'Vinland' through the user @PrinsessWolf , and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'Vinland' in the world of Rising from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @PrinsessWolf to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @Jmillertime Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Jmillertime , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will give @PrinsessWolf $85,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @PrinsessWolf , agree to add the user '@Jmillertime' as technical owner to the town of 'Vinland' within 24 hours of the the acceptance of my mayor application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it. 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system. 3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @Jmillertime gives me solely for my Mayor application so that the town of 'Vinland' can be created and will apply within 24 hours of this contract's approval. 3. Hey @Jmillertime few things we must fix before this contract can be approved. For this part of clause 2, we cannot allow this contract to give you the ability to apply for town features yourself. Even if you have the consent to do so via a contract, it violates the server rules regarding town features and official ownership. The only way you will be able to apply for town features if by doing it through PrincessWolf or claiming the town yourself. We cannot approve this part of the clause and it will have to be removed. Lastly: Please fix the tag on @PrinsessWolf name in the last clause. Once all these changes have been made this contract should be all good to go. @PrinsessWolf upon agreeing to the updated contract once the edits have been made, please use this format to agree and make sure you tag your name by placing an @ in front of it and clicking the box that shows your name with your forum picture. @Jmillertime I would like to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the application type. In this first quote, you refer to PrincessWolf's application as a president application. However in this quote of the same terms for the contract it was mentioned as being a Mayor application. Also @PrinsessWolf if you could please re-agree to the contract once all changes have been made. Thank you.
