I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give @Revanrose6 the book entitled "My Soul" when @Revanrose6 has paid off half of her dues ($500,000 ECD). I agree to never duplicate "My Soul" unless @Revanrose6 is permabanned and "My Soul" is lost. @SoftlyPsychotic will set up a payment sign in the prestown (/rg i Halloweentown) where @Revanrose6 can trade $10,000 in return for 1 stick. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Revanrose6 agrees to make an initial payment of $200,000. @Revanrose6 agrees to pay @SoftlyPsychotic $1,000,000 ECD. She must make a weekly payment of at least $50,000. If she would like to make more than a $50,000 payment, @SoftlyPsychotic would not be opposed. She would be quite pleased. If @Revanrose6 fails to make her $50,000 payment each Saturday, @SoftlyPsychotic will cry and also may add $10,000 to @Revanrose6 's next payment. The total time estimated that @Revanrose6 should complete in will be 16 weeks. This Saturday (July 26th, 2014), @Revanrose6 will not be held accountable for $50,000. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
