IGN: @Frostystorm1 Users Involved in this Contract: @Frostystorm1, @amreyes General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of Frostcity2 through the user @amreyes, and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of Frostcity2 in the world of Rising from the permanent ownership of the user @amreyes to the permanent ownership of @Frostystorm1. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Frostystorm1 , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as 'owners' and 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will give @amreyes $85,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. @amreyes must be online for the payment to occur. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @amreyes , agree to add the user '@Frostystorm1' as owner to the town of Frostcity2 and to remove myself (@amreyes) within 24 hours of the the acceptance of my mayor application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to him original ownership or claim it. 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system. 3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @Frostystorm1 gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'Frostcity2' can be created and will apply within 24 hours of this contract's approval. 4. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Frostystorm1 please correct "5. @amreyes agrees to never reclaim the town at any point in the future." stating "@amreyes agrees to never reclaim the town from @Frostystorm1 at any point in the future." so that it is more specific. Also, "3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @amreyes gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'Frostcity2' can be created and will apply within 24 hours of this contract's approval." needs to say @Frostystorm1 in place of @amreyes.
