[Contract] Rapture Add-on and Co-Ownership

General Purpose of Contract:The safe addition of YseratheDreamer as Co-Owner of Rapture, and to outline the terms of the existing town of Rapture’s Addition.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:I agree to acknowledge the town I will claim in my upcoming Mayor application as an addition and for all intents and purposes an extension of SlowPixel’s town of Rapture in exchange for being Co-owner of Rapture, original owner of Rapture’s first addition ( Which from here on shall be referred to as Rapture2), and Co-owner of any future add-ons to Rapture.

I agree not to remove SlowPixel from Rapture, Rapture2 or any future add-ons Rapture may acquire for any reason barring inactivity in excess of three months without prior warning.

I also agree should I ever wish to sell or give away ownership of Rapture2, to first offer it to SlowPixel as it will be an extension to his city and a fully integrated quadrant.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
SlowPixel must award me co-owner of Rapture and any future add-ons. This DOES NOT extend to towns unassociated with Rapture, only to towns deemed to be affiliated with the town in question. He agrees to not remove me as owner from Rapture, Rapture 2 or any future additions for any reason barring inactivity in excess of three months without prior warning.

If the contract is breached by him, he agrees to purchase Rapture2 for the estimated price as appraised by an unaffiliated Third Party who is of Tycoon or higher in rank or a staff member.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
