IGN: @PyroTechnix_ Users Involved in this Contract: @KindaGoku Terms of the contract: @PyroTechnix_ will pay @KindaGoku $1,080,000 ECD within 24 hours after this contract is approved. @PyroTechnix_ will send the town's co-ordinates and desired name over a Discord message to @KindaGoku. @KindaGoku will apply for President within 24 hours after receiving payment from @PyroTechnix_ . @KindaGoku ensures all info is correct on the app, and @PyroTechnix_ can request edits if need be. @KindaGoku will add @PyroTechnix_ as an owner of said town within 24 hours of the town being created. @KindaGoku agrees they lose all ownership of the future town after adding @PyroTechnix_ to the town when the town transfer gets approved. If the application gets denied for any reason, @PyroTechnix_ can request the town is applied for again or requests a refund from @KindaGoku. If a refund is requested in this case, @KindaGoku has 24 hours to return the money. The contract will be voided in this case. This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app, of which @PyroTechnix_ is applying for and will pay for.
