IGN: Tdogg120 Users Involved in this Contract: RANDOM2580 General Purpose of Contract: Safe trade for spawn shop. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will apply to transfer shop 70 from me, Tdogg120 to random2580 for 500k up front and 500k in 15 days. Random will pay for the application to be transferred over to him. If random is not able to pay an additional 500k in 15 days from this post (7/30/13) then i get the shop back. If for whatever reason the shop is initially denied, or the shop can not be transferred to random, he gets a full refund of his 500k. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Random will pay 500k up front plus the money for the application. In 15 days random will pay another 500k for a total of $1,000,000. If the other 500k is not paid, tdogg gets the shop back without any refunds. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
