General Purpose of Contract:
For me, @_Sharpy to pay @soyuzpixel $40,000 ECD to buy a PvP area for the town "Unitedfernz"

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to:
- Pay @soyuzpixel $40,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being approved. (This will be transferred via the forum bank for full documentation reasons.)
- Add @soyuzpixel as a region owner of the town "Unitedfernz" within 24 hours of this contract being approved by a moderator.
- Remove @soyuzpixel as a region owner of the town "Unitedfernz" within 24 hours after the PvP area application is finished.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@soyuzpixel agrees to:
- Not add or remove any owners or members of the town "UnitedFernz" and while being able to make any changes to the town will not add/remove blocks unless told to by another region owner.
- To not use the $40,000 ECD given by @_Sharpy for anything other than the PvP Area application.
- Apply for a PvP Area for the town "Unitedfernz" within 24 hours of receiving $40,000 ECD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
