[Contract] Purchase of Town Claim

General Purpose of Contract:
Town claim, and ownership of town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @_Sharpy will uphold to giving up the town to @DrowningInPizza, after all of the correct paperwork is filled within a day and I become the towns owner. Then give sole ownership of the town to @DrowningInPizza Within one day of the town claim application being approved.

I @_Sharpy will post a town claim app that is filled in with what @DrowningInPizza has told me to put in a forum pm within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

@_Sharpy agrees that this contract serves as approval for any future town transfer that may occur to @DrowningInPizza

@_Sharpy agrees to do any town feature applications where the funds are provided by @DrowningInPizza.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DrowningInPizza agrees to complete the full application for the particular town being claimed within 1 day of this contract being accepted, and send it to @_Sharpy in a forum PM. Within one day of the town claim application being approved,@DrowningInPizza will pay @_Sharpy $150,000 ECD.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
