IGN: @Imabankthing Users Involved in this Contract: @OhBurden General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of 'Colebex_mk7' through the user @OhBurden , and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'Colebex_mk7' in the world of Rising from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @OhBurden to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @Imabankthing Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system, or other town features if needed. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Imabankthing , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I have given @OhBurden $75,000 ECD The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @OhBurden , agree to add the user '@Imabankthing' as technical owner to the town of 'Colebex_mk7' within 24 hours of the the acceptance of my president application. Upon adding her to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as she sees fit with the town, including transfer it to her original ownership or claim it. 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system or act as approval for any town feature. 3. Please change both of these to say president town since im assuming based on the contract title this is what the contract is for. Please change the time frame on both of these because earlier in the contract you say you will pay @OhBurden 60k within 24 hours of contract approval this means if you wait the full 24 hours to pay @OhBurden he would not be able to complete this part of the agreement. I would recommend a time frame to something along the lines of 24 hours after @OhBurden has received 60k from @Imabankthing. @OhBurden will need to re agree after these changes have been made.
