    General Purpose of Contract:
    Subleasing permission for one/multiple skyscrapers in the Legacy town of PivilleBerlin

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

    A1 > I, @314, will add @williamannin as co-owner of PivilleBerlin.

    A2 > I, @314, will give @williamannin permission to sublease Skyscraper 22 (Location 22 seen in the image at www.tinyurl.com/Piville) and possibly a few other skyscrapers, too. Those will be defined in a later forum conversation.

    A3 > I, @314, will not remove @williamannin from the town of Piville or revoke his rights to the skyscraper unless one of the following happens:
    a) @williamannin fails to pay the rent and does not renew or notify me, @314, 7 days after rental expiry. (See B5)
    b) @williamannin is banned for 7 days after the rental expires.
    c) @williamannin violates a term or multiple terms of this contract, thus resulting in a breach of contract

    A4 > I, @314, will give @williamannin a warning via a forum conversation in case his rental expires. (See B1 and B5).

    A5 > In the case one of his customers is found guilty of town grief, I, @314, will permanently remove the user from Piville.


    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

    • B1 > @williamannin will sublease those floors to other players at the cost of 500$ per week.
      • B1.1 > @williamannin has to pay a weekly rent of 175$ per floor leading to a total of 1050$ per week for a 6-floor-skyscraper (Skyscraper 22), meaning 325$ per floor remain as profit for @williamannin
      • B1.2 > @williamannin will share 25% of the 325$ profit per floor (81.25$ per subleased floor) with me, @314, of the floors he is subleasing to other players. The amount of floors subleased by @williamannin can be changed by @williamannin at any time as long as he informs me, @314, about it. This is resulting in a total weekly rent of 175$ per floor used for private reasons and 256.25$ per subleased floor. In case a floor is marked for sublease but no customer could be found, there is only the 175$ rent for that floor and no additional 81.25$ profit share.
      • B1.3 > @williamannin will pay the weekly rent and the 25% profit share per floor in signs located in a secure room under Skyscraper 22, only accessible via LWC'd lift signs. The lift sign is located at (x:9523|z:-8081) and each payment put into the sign will expand @williamannin's rent by one week.
    • B2 > @williamannin is allowed to use his co-owner permissions to add residents to the different floors in Skyscraper 22.
      • B2.1 > @williamannin has to send notice to me, @314, via forum conversation who he added as residents to which floor of his Skyscraper 22.
    • B3 > @williamannin is not allowed to add players that do not rent a floor in his assigned skyscraper(s).
    • B4 > @williamannin is not allowed to add other people as co-owner, nor remove any owner or co-owner from the town.
    • B5 > An expiry of the skyscraper rental will allow @williamannin a timeframe of 7 days to renew the rent in the basement of Skyscraper 22 or to inform me, @314, that he does not want to continue renting this skyscraper. This timeframe starts on the day the rental expires. In case he does not have any other skyscrapers curently rented for subleasing, he may be removed as co-owner.
    • B6 > @williamannin is NOT responsible for the actions of the users he subleases his skyscaper floors to. In case one of his residents grief, either me, @314, or the town's co-mayor will fill a grief report and warrant an eviction.
      • B6.1 > However, when subleasing a floor to another user, @williamannin has to provide ingame screenshot proof (With timestamp) via forum conversation that his customer agreed to the town rules found at www.tinyurl.com/Piville, so that an immediate eviction for grief is possible in the case B6 applies.
      • B6.2 > Furthermore, @williamannin will be given a list of town-banned users. @williamannin is not allowed to sublease a floor to users on the list. This list will be updated by me, @314, whenever a resident of the Piville nation has been evicted and town-banned for griefing.
    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.
