IGN: @Phantomine Users Involved in this Contract: @GLORIOUSTACO69 @Phantomine @ClumsyNinja14 General Purpose of Contract: To transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'Campustown' in the world of Legacy from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the users @GLORIOUSTACO69 and @ClumsyNinja14 to the technical 'ownership' of @Phantomine This contract will act as appropriate evidence for town transfer agreements and town claims through our server system. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Phantomine , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. I will pay the user @ClumsyNinja14 the sum of $12,000 ECD upon the acceptance of this contract after @GLORIOUSTACO69 adds me to the technical position of 'owner'. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. Upon the acceptance of this contract, I @GLORIOUSTACO69 will add the user '@Phantomine' to the position of technical ownership of the town 'campustown' in the world of "legacy". He may then remove me from the permissions list of this town. 2. By signing this contract, I hereby grant any user that has express written permission (in the form of a contract) from @Phantomine to claim the town using their server-provided 'claim' as a Tycoon+. 3. I agree to no longer refer to the town as 'Mine'. It is, for all intents and purposes, no longer mine unless the technical owner (at this time, @Phantomine) needs to add me for some reason. 4. I will never attempt to claim this town back unless given direct permission (in the form of a contract) from @Phantomine or anyone he sells the town to. Should I attempt to claim it without this permission, I agree that I violate this contract, and can only be unbanned if I agree to re-add the 'rightful' owner of the town back to the technical position of 'owner'. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
