General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the payment Plan of 21USd of Donation Features to @ThatKidArshi at 7500eco/1usd
<general outline of what the contract is for.>

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Spirit_of_love_ agree to buy @ThatKidArshi McMMO Bonus for 21USD once I @Spirit_of_love_ receive $15,750ECD by December 31st at 11:59CST from @ThatKidArshi
Once I @Spirit_of_love_ have received the $15,750ECD, I will purchase McMMO Bonus for 21USD within 24 Hours for @ThatKidArshi
If the $15,750 ECD is not paid by December 31st at 11:59CST, the contract will be null and void.
@ThatKidArshi has until the 30th January 2017, 11:59pm CST to pay back the the rest of the $157,500 ($141,750 After the Downpayment) ECD

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ThatKidArshi agrees to pay the minimum of $15,750ECD before December 31st at 11:59CST (or else the contract will be voided) to receive McMMO Bonus
@ThatKidArshi will then pay the remaining balance of $141,750 ECD by the 30th January at 11:59pm CST. or a complaint can be filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
