[Contract New eff7 payment plan]

General Purpose of Contract:
Revising the payment plan of original payment plan for eff7 pickaxe.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, aporth, agree to uphold to the new payment plan of 351,ooo ECD for a eff7 that I have bought on payment plan. This payment plan includes:
Payment of 120,000 ECD (1/31/14)
Payment of 33,000 ECD for 7days:
33,ooo ECD (2/1/14) 33k (2/2/14) 33k (2/3/14) 33k (2/4/14) 33k (2/5/14) 33k (2/6/14) 33k (2/7/14)

*The 7days payment of 33k will be payed by 12am midnight (Mountain Time.) All of my payments will add up to 351k which will conclude my payments of the eff7 pickaxe scoobieboy sold to me. If all payments are made by midnight (2/7/14) the eff7 will be fully owned by me, aporth, at 12:01am (Mountain Time) (2/8/14).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Scoobieboy agrees that 250,000 ECD has already been paid for the eff7, aporth bought off him. He agrees to revise the old payment plan (http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-eff7-pickaxe.83991/) to the new one above. ScoobieBoy agrees to accept my first payment of 120k on (1/31/14) which will bring down aporth's total owed for the eff7 to 231,000 ECD. He then agrees to accept aporth's payment of 33,000 ECD for 7days straight to pay off the 231,000 ECD. Once my payments, listed above, have been payed he agrees that the eff7 he sold to me on payment plan will be fully mine by 12:01am (Mountain Time) (2/8/14).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
