[Contract] MSword payment plan

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safety of an Msword sale on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will provide @tanapeti with the owned Melon sword (ID : #IDRT9FOO ) upon receiving 200k ECD from him.
I will transfer ownership using /own tanapeti upon receiving the full 1 million in addition to the 200k upfront on a payment plan of 100k/week.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@tanapeti agrees to pay 200k upfront within 24 hours of contract approval.
@tanapeti agrees to pay a minimum of 100k / week in a trade sign made by me in the town of gernopolis in legacy, Co-ordinates to the sign : X: -4525 Y: 63 Z: -9705 . The 100k + payments will take a maximum of 10 weeks (totalling 1.2 million by the end of this sale, including the upfront 200k).
@tanapeti agrees that should the full amount not be paid at deadline, then a complaint shall be filed.
@tanapeti agrees that losing this tool in any way will not stop him from fulfilling his payments.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
