All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: sale of features during New Years eve sale. <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @SCgenesis agree to buy @MinecraftParkerH the following features before 12:00 am est December 31st during the New Years sale: Back-$10.05 Tombstone-$13.40 Extcommandsplus2-$33.50 Extracreations-$20.10 Exctreations-$20.10 Pet Wolf- $10.05 Teleport+-$13.40 Telportplus2- $13.40 Backpack-$10.05 Backpack+-$10.05 Nickname+-$33.50 Nursery-$20.10 ***SUBTOTAL OF $207.7 If I @SCgenesis fail to purchase any of these features before the sale ends at 12:00 am est December 31st I agree that this contract is void. <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @MinecraftParkerH agrees to 1) pay @SCgenesis $90k Ecd once he has recieved the features listed above. 2) pay @SCgenesis $1.11million ecd with in 3 weeks of this contracts approval. 3) pay late fees of 10k/day for 21 days if the full amount owed to @SCgenesis is not payed in the 3 week payment period with an additional $200k late fee on the 22nd day late. If the full amount due to @SCgenesis is not payed by this time (original 1.2million plus applicable late fees) breach of contract will occur. 4) if for some reason (banking limitations) @SCgenesis is only able to purchase a partial amount of the above features, @MinecraftParkerH agrees to pay @SCgenesis $5k/usd for how ever many of the features @SCgenesis is able to buy and pay this amount over a 3 week payment period. 5) @MinecraftParkerH agrees that if for some reason @SCgenesis is unable to buy any of the features by 12:00 am est December 31st this contract is void. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
