IGN: @Raccooy Users Involved in this Contract: @wenxuan100 General Purpose of Contract: @Raccooy selling Melonsword to @wenxuan100 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @wenxuan100 a eff5 silktouch 1 unbreaking 3 diamond sword today as soon as I'm paid the 90k as a upfront payment. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @wenxuan100 will agree to pay the 90k upfront, and 29 payments of 30k per day. The payments will start 8/5/14 and end on 9/2/14. If @wenxuan100 breaks or loses the melon sword, he will owe @Raccooy 960k still. Anytime @wenxuan100 misses a day he will owe 5k in late fee's. The late fees will keep applying until 9/2/14, which if the money hasn't been paid back by then it would be identified as a breach of contract.@wenxuan100 will be paying the money in a sign in the town of 'DisneyWorld' at the cords of x-12443 y 143 z6413. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Raccooy I'd first of all like you to state when the melon sword and ECD will be given (i.e. After the contract is approved) and I'd also like you to add a date that the late fees end in, and it would be considered a breach of contract, (i.e. The late fees will keep applying until d/m/y, which if the money hasn't been paid by then it would be identified as a breach of contract.)
