General Purpose of Contract:
To secure a safe trade and to get a melon sword or money returned if user has lost it or broken it

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

In this contract I will let pielover1237 rent my melon sword for 30mins and he will pay me 3k before I hand him the melon sword if this user breaks or looses the melon sword he will agree to repay $350k or a grant me with a new melon sword or 1000 stars

I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
