IGN: SonnyCPretzel Users Involved in this Contract: WiKiDOne General Purpose of Contract: Melon Sword Sale I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay WiKiDOne $325,000 ECD in exchange for the melon sword in accumulated payments. I shall pay the entirety of the $325k in the sign created for me to pay for the sword, located in WiKiDOne's vault. The payments will be completed in full by the 30th of June, 2013, or I shall forfeit the sword back to WiKiDOne. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: WiKiDOne agrees to give me the melon sword upon agreement of this contract. He also agrees to provide the sign area where I shall be paying off the melon sword until the 30th of June, 2013. He agrees not to obstruct or otherwise prevent myself from making payments on the sword. He will not report for Breach of Contract, or request the melon sword be returned, until the 1st of July, 2013, to ensure I receive the full time allotted by this contract to make the full payments. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
