[Contract] Melon Sword Sale

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I as the contract initiator agree that:

• I will place the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) in the chest located at -7175 63 787 (Rising) within 48 hours of receiving the $200,000 upfront payment from either DCxCyBeR or AcTiVeMonkey via the trade sign also located at -7176 61 784.
• I will add both DCxCyber and AcTiVeMonkey to the town "MadCity" within 48 hours of this contracts approval, as this is where the chest will be located (The town has an interact flag).
• I will not edit the amount of dirt in the trade signs located at -7176 61 784 (Rising)
• I will keep the '/own'ership of the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) until the full $1,400,000 is paid.
• I will give the '/own'ership of the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) to DCxCyBeR within 48 hours of receiving the last payment of $200,000 & having the MSword in the chest located at -7175 63 787 to enable me to '/own' it to said user.
• I will not reclaim/take or move the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) from the chest unless a payment is missed resulting in a breach of contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
DCxCyBeR & AcTiVeMonkey must agree that:

• They will pay $200,000 to the sign located at -7176 61 784 within 48 hours of this contracts approval.
• $200,000 per week for 6 weeks will be paid to the trade sign located at -7176 61 784 by the times & dates listed below:
  • 21st of August 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 28th of August 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 4th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 11th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 18th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 25th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
• They must both agree that I will keep the '/own'ership of this MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) until the full $1,400,000 is paid; on or before midnight on the 25th of September 2016 (GMT).
• DCxCyBeR and AcTiVeMonkey must both agree to keep the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) stored in the chest located at -7175 63 787 (Rising) when they're not using it. This is to ensure the safety of the star tool for in the case that it is reclaimed.
• DCxCyBeR and AcTiVeMonkey must both agree that if any of the payments are late/missed then I MadMonster_ reserve the right to reclaim the tool without any refunds of any payments made.
• Both users (DCxCyBeR & AcTiVeMonkey) are responsible if the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) is broken/lost and will still carry on with the payments on the scheduled dates without delay.
• If one of these users are deemed inactive by staff-standards (offline 7 days or more) or are banned from the main server, then the other user is to still carry out the payments.
• They will not rent/lend out this MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) to any other user during the rental time; doing so will lead to a breach of contract.
• They both must agree, not to rename the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD) before the full $1,400,000 is paid.
• Both users must agree that this 50/50 share on the MSword (ID: #IPNWRGBD).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
