IGN: blackbelt4eva Users Involved in this Contract: @SparklyPotato2 General Purpose of Contract: -Safe sale of a melon sword, named black katana to be renamed sparkly melons. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: -Sell a melon sword to @SparklyPotato2 on a payment plan for a total sum of 650k due by June 20, 2014. -Provide an accessible sign for the melon sword payments Located in Legacy at: X=-1814 Y=68 Z=4037 -Provide a grace period of one week from June 21-28, 2014 in which if all payments have not been paid I will not post a complaint (A buffer week encase @SparklyPotato2 was unable to pay the money, during this week no extra fees will be tacked on). The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: -Pay @blackbelt4eva 100k upfront and pay a total of 650k by June 20, 2014. -Understand that weekly payments begin after initial 100k has been recieved -To pay a minimum of 110k every week to blackbelt4eva -Understand a payment sign will be located at: X=-1814 Y=68 Z=4037 -To not change the name of the sword from sparkly melon until all payments are complete. -To pay late fees of 10k per week the loan is unpaid starting June 29, 2014 I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: This contract is void as a better offer as been proposed.
