[Contract] Melon Sword Rental

General Purpose of Contract:
The safe rental of a melon sword and the safe return of said melon sword.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. Place the melon sword "Mrs. Nay nay" In a chest where @frenchhornplayer and I are the only ones who have access to said chest. This will happen at 2:00 PM on 6/13/14.

2. Expect its return at 9Pm central time on June 14th 2014

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. Take the Melon sword named "mrs Nay Nay" and use it for the purposes of farming only.

2. Return said melon sword to the identified chests in the town of sanctus_real at 9:00 pm central time on June 14th, 2014

3. Replace the melon sword within 1 week if it is broken or not returned within 1 week.

4. If broken @frenchhornplayer will owe @dpatt888 1 melon sword (diamond sword with eff5, silk1, and unb3) and 100k for the trouble.

5. User cannot sell said melon sword, may only farm with it.

7. pay @dpatt888 50k to a trade sign by the chest... at 9pm (when he returns the melonsword)

8. @frenchhornplayer must place the sword in the identified chest whenever he logs off



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
